Lillie was 7 months old when she rode in the basket all by herself for the first time. She was so happy and proud!
While she was there, Lillie and her mama had their eyes on some cute 4th
of July outfits. Lillie's daddy caught them scheming and decided to
put an end to it.
"Ok, Lillie," her daddy said. "Which of these outfits do you want?" Lillie put her hands on each of the outfits.
"Ok," Lillie's daddy said. "Lillie, which one do you want to wear on the 4th of July?" Lillie chose the onesie with the matching shorts. "Ok," Lillie's daddy said. "Which one is your favorite?" Lillie chose the other outfit-the pretty red dress with white stars on it.
Lillie's daddy gave Lillie's mama the evil eye. Lillie's mama smiled and said "I have taught her well." Lillie went home with both outfits.
She told her daddy that he could be her shopping buddy anytime...as long as she could have the credit card.
