Baby Girl had a big growth spurt the from my last doctor visit 2 weeks ago. Justin and I have been going to birthing classes and learning different pain management techniques to get through labor. It's been interesting, terrifying, and hilarious all at the same time. A lot of you have heard the "visualize your baby in the ocean" story and it still cracks me up every time!
I'm officially in the 3rd trimester! I don't know whether to celebrate or to run and hide ;) I'm trying to stay positive about the whole labor thing, but I'm find it very, very easy to get overwhelmed.
Baby Girl is over 2 lbs now and over 15 inches long! She is moving all over the place and keeps a pretty normal schedule, surprisingly. I feel her most in the 9 am hour and the 3 pm hour. I think our girl is going to have a stubborn streak in her like her mama. Anytime she is moving and I tell Justin to come feel, she gets really still. So I've just started taking his hand and putting it on my belly without saying anything so he can say "hi' more. Before long we'll both be able to say "hi" in person!
Justin is finishing up the dresser so as soon as it's moved in (hopefully next week!) I'll be sure to post more pics of the nursery.
