See these girls? They are the kind of friends that no matter how long you go without actually talking, you can pick up with them just like it was yesterday. I mean it...one of them called me yesterday, hadn't heard her voice in a year (and it was sooo sweet!) but we could've fooled anyone around us. That connection is just there between all 4 of us. Here we are in college (by the way, referring to my days in college that way is really starting to make me feel old..."when I was in college" "we were friends in college" "omg i went to college with that guy!") watching the Mavs vs. Spurs game. You can see that someone is a little confused as to who to cheer for ;) ha ha.
This time next week, Justin and I will be making a trip down to Brownsville for a wedding and a mini vacation. It will be the first time in a year that the 4 besties will be together again.
This is us last year.
There will be a new bride getting ready to embark on a new chapter of her life. But the love and friendship between us girls will forever remain the same no matter how our individual lives change.
I miss you girls and can't wait to see you in a week to witness and celebrate the marriage of Stephanie and Kevin!
